Instead, I’m going to help you learn to sense movement as it’s happening – after all, your best chance of affecting its course is by being right there with it, a conscious part of it’s unfolding.

Your intentions precede any goals. They are born from your dreams and acknowledge your needs. To arrive at them, we ask lots of questions and listen carefully for the answers. Curiosity and attention are your fuel!

Your mind, body and emotions are all moving, and they aren’t always moving to the same pulse or answering to the same gravitational pulls. But the pulses moving through your body and the pull of gravity on it are what’s real right now, so that’s where our work of tuning in begins.

With so much movement going on, how do you make sense of all that you’re sensing?

Observe the patterns you’re moving in – after all, your actions and reactions aren’t just a string of random events but reflections of a pattern or a “way of being” that you’re embodying. By mapping the course of your movement, you get to know the current landscape and discover more agency in choosing where to go.

There is a very mechanical and technical aspect to this kind of observation, and I’m here to give you the techniques and the knowledge to help you understand how you move. But there is also a very creative aspect, and it’s your imagination that weaves your sensations into a pattern you can play with.

It’s all about play and pleasure. We look good when we feel good and we feel good when we look for what our inner compass is pointing us towards. Learning to access your innate navigational tools is what I’m here to help you do, and that makes our work together invaluable, because it’s the kind of work that will keep working for you for the rest of your life.

There’s point to point navigation, and there’s also quantum leaping: you have to put in some flying time to arrive at new dimensions. You know that saying, “as above, so below”? I’m also saying, as within, so without. What feels like a micro shift in how your body is moving into balance and alignment can be a macro move into a life in which you are more balanced and aligned with your highest purpose.
