  • We will issue a full refund minus a $10 processing fee for all cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga Mat, if possible
  • Comfortable shoes and clothes to move in.

  • Optional: a notebook, drawing pad, camera… some kind of mneumonic aid.
